Become part as Vice President of Finance (m/f/d) for our biggest market Germany and join in one of the most crucial roles in our German Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the German finance team supervising 78 FTEs responsible for accounting controlling and receivable management.
  • Develop and implement financial policies procedures and internal controls.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and create precise financial forecasts.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
  • Present insightful reports on financial performance and key metrics to company management offering strategic recommendations.
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity optimizing working capital and implementing effective cash management strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes championing automation efforts for streamlined operations.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team leveraging automation for increased efficiency.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the group finance team to align strategies with overall corporate financial goals and standards.
  • Demonstrate strong financial modeling skills.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of GAAP including IFRS and HGB.

Qualifications

  • Degree in finance accounting or related field or equivalent qualification.
  • Impressive expertise in commercial and tax law.
  • Several years of finance and management experience.
  • Structured goaloriented responsible and costconscious approach.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.
  • Proven problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork.
  • Fluency in German and English (C1/C2 level) for communication and presentation.
  • Proficiency in variance analysis and profit and loss statements.
  • Preferably experience in highgrowth or startup environments.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite is a plus
