Founded in 2005 remote control productions (rcp) stands as an independent and unique Munich production house dedicated to interactive entertainment. With a team of 25 passionate individuals we provide comprehensive support in HR finance business development business intelligence and (creative) production allowing game studios to focus on their core competencycreating exceptional games.

As the mothership for a global family of 15 gaming companies we collaborate with over 500 individuals across Europe and Asia.

Our portfolio includes 400 projects featuring hit titles like Songs of Silence the Bus Simulator series Angry Birds Epic and other diverse interactive projects.

Committed to making a broader impact we actively engage in the industry ecosystem participating in politics education awareness representation culture and social issues.

Your role

We are seeking a dedicated team player with a strong drive to see projects through and help daily operations of rcp. You will work closely with the CEO and other colleagues.

The kind of stuff youll be doing:

• Collaborate closely with the CLevel to assist in achieving operational goals which can be part of strategic initiatives
• Write project papers execute project kickoffs and fly the plane!
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) conduct quality assessments.
• Monitor financial data forecast & budgets and recommend solutions for improved profitability.
• Ensure seamless costeffective operations aligned with highquality standards.
• Create materials for best practices and secure resources & tools.
• Lead inhouse workshops and train team members.
• Facilitate Quarterly Business Review (QBR) Meetings.

Who are we looking for:

• 35 years of proven experience as an Operations or Project Manager or similar role.
• Familiar with optimizing organizational efficiency and managing operations.
• Established track record of finished projects.
• Expertise in project management tools agile methodologies and financial principles.
• Comfortable collaborating with Clevel executives in an international work environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Motivated diligent and reliable with a handson approach.
• Driven to make a meaningful difference with a positive impact.
