Sustainability Executive

For a further support of the sustainability team in a established commodity trading company headquartered in Zug City Switzerland.

Tasks

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with customers in relation to sustainability documentation and other related records.
• Close coordination with the biofuels operations department. Experience in a Biofuels operations team is a plus.
• Daily contact/report to the trading team on the sustainability positions and supporting them daily in upcoming sales planning and forecasts.
• Verification of incoming and outgoing traceability documents mass balances and other sustainability criteria covered by the sustainability schemes.
• Mass Balance Management and cross check physical inventory with Mass Balance.
• Collaborate with traders and operators.

Requirements

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in an international company/producer or renewable feedstocks and/or commodities trading company.
• Experienced with certification of biofuels associated sustainability schemes such as ISCC/RED Cert National Italian Scheme and other European certifications.
• Strong knowledge of European renewable standards and legislations.
• Excellent in MS Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent in English.
• Attention to details with an eye on the big picture.
• Good analytical mindset very organized and excellent at meeting deadlines strong communication skills flexible and highly motivated.
• Having a network among the EU regulator bodies is a plus.
• Committed flexible resilient working accurately.
• Able to work under pressure and being a loyal and a good team player.
