Tasks
Your Commitment will include:
- Collaborate Support the project in adopting and implementing SAFe
- Assist the project manager in creating and executing the PI schedule
- Organize and lead PI Planning sessions
- Facilitate collaboration and communication between teams to define PI objectives
- Coach stakeholders
- Help resolve obstacles and challenges faced by the teams
- Establish monitoring indicators to measure the effectiveness of SAFe initiatives
- Propose continuous improvement actions to optimize the process
Requirements
Achieving the difference requires:
- Degree in Computer Science and/or Project Management
- Mandatory SAFe Certification (SAFe Program Consultant)
- 5 years of experience in Agile/Scrum project management
- Significant experience in leading PI planning sessions
- Proven experience in implementing SAFe methodology within organizations
- Excellent communication representation and negotiation skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Flexibility to adapt methodology to different work environments
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities and Resultsoriented
