Platform stanbul Technology is a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to making a positive impact in Istanbul. Our Istanbul Senin project aims to bring transformative change to the city through various initiatives focused on community development sustainability and urban innovation.

Tasks

• Conduct market research competitor analysis and gather user feedback to identify opportunities.
• Develop and execute a product strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Prioritize features enhancements and bug fixes based on customer needs and business goals.
• Lead crossfunctional teams to execute strategies.
• Act as the main contact for digital products internally and externally.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate concepts into detailed product requirements.
• Manage the product lifecycle from idea to endoflife.
• Oversee agile product development processes including backlog management and sprint planning.
• Conduct UAT and QA with the team to ensure products meet specifications and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing product interfaces
• Continuously gather user feedback for improvements.
• Plan and execute product launches with marketing strategies.
• Monitor postlaunch performance for improvement opportunities.
• Define and regularly track product performance using KPIs.
• Analyze customer feedback and user data for datadriven decisions and product optimization.
• Address stakeholder feedback and concerns in product plans.
• Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to provide product training and support materials.
• Manage project managersbusiness analysts QA and customer support team also partners with other crossfunctional teams.

Requirements

• 3 years in technology product management with a demonstrated history of owning and shipping successful technical product releases.
• B2C mobile application and WEB application experience is required FinTech / e commerce experience is a plus.
• Strong customercentric perspective; champions the needs of customers and stakeholders.
• Intellectually curious technically savvy detail oriented entrepreneurial mindset willing to take on a challenge.
• Able to initiate and execute complex crossfunctional projects with minimal guidance.
• Strong analytical skillset with the ability to translate analysis and insights into actionable business plans and product ideas.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment managing multiple activities at once with shifting priorities and fluid deadlines.
• Proactive problem solver who operates effectively and independently as well as in a team environment even in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity.
• Ability to cultivate strong collaborative working relationships and contacts within a work group across internal functions and external organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to internal executive stakeholders and cross functional business partners.
• Ability to prioritize well communicate clearly and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence across teams.
• Experience delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment with a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements.
