Tasks

About the role as People & Culture Manager

Working closely with our Chief People Officer Maika and our CEO Avi you will be at the core of our team and youll play a pivotal role as the compassionate soul of our office & team. While you attract & hire diverse talents you will also drive collaboration engagement and performance through projects and coachingoriented sparring sessions with leaders & other team members. As the organizational hub your seamless coordination and oversight of office logistics will further enrich our vibrant workplace culture. Your execution of internal events and development initiatives enhances our culture cementing your position as the undeniable heartbeat of Codepan.

• Recruiting: Lead endtoend recruitment from creating job profiles to contract drafting
• People Operations: Manage payroll HRM onboarding offboarding and oversee legal considerations and ensure compliance
• People Partnership & Development: Collaborate with leaders and team members on cultural and developmental initiatives and contribute to training. Be their coach & sparring partner.
• Workplace Management: Coordinate & facilitate meetings and oversee office logistics
• Communication: Ensure transparency and access to companywide information for externals and internals
• Event Management: Foster a culture of trust and camaraderie by organizing & moderating fun events

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

You

• Have 35 years of experience in Human Resources/Recruitment coupled with a genuine passion for people and organizations.
• Thrive in tech recruitment: Employing direct search methodologies stateoftheart conversational techniques & diagnostics to ensure a diverse talent pool.
• Have an eye for detail and a keen interest in legal: Ideally you have ensured seamless payroll processes and operational excellence.
• Contributed to companywide projects: showcasing the ability to drive impactful initiatives across diverse teams.
• Championed professional growth: supporting organizations teams or individuals in their professional growth journey
• Are familiar with goal & performance management frameworks: Having an understanding of building highperforming teams.
• Walk the talk: People can rely on you no matter what
• Embrace a Doer mindset: Make things happen and push through obstacles always working on the best solution for the team.
• Have impeccable English proficiency and a minimum of B2level German language skills
• Hold a valid EU working visa
