Job Description
Title: Demand and Order Analyst (Logistics Consultant or Order and Shipping Consultant)
Location: Mossville Illinois
Duration: Full time
Job Details: Demand & Order Analyst Job Description
Coordinate Order Information: Align EOMP and S&OP
WDO Schedule and Demand Alignment
- Coordinate timely transactions to avoid any accounting and inventory discrepancies.
- Information exchange for order fulfillment from WDO facility to Pontiac. Eg: PO# Shipment Date Shipment Address Parts availability etc.
- Notify Logistics team to Cut shipper for final customer shipment.
- Update schedules in factory ERP system and collaborate with suppliers to align with the end customer schedule.
- Resolve demand and supply related griefs in the system.
- Monitor and Investigate issues in ERP system like but not limited to incorrect planning incorrect shipping and receiving transactions etc.
- Followup with WDO suppliers on past dues capacity and upcoming demand changes.
- Manage Production schedule with RTS dates customer information and supplying facility.
- Manage database for WDO supplier priorities.
Governance and Metrics
- Create reports on shipping performance slots availability location data etc.
- Communicate customer of any delays and changes in schedule
- Communicate with Pontiac Demand & Order Management Team on orders and delivery timeline and issues.
Skill Sets and Experience
- Tools: MS Excel (MediumHigh) ERP System Excel / Power BI Reporting
- Experience with Logistics Supply Chain and Scheduling
- Experience with ERP systems on scheduling side
- Soft Skills: Strong written & verbal communication Attention to detail while working with numbers.
