Your Key Responsibilities/Job Description:
Help onboard new customers, help them set up their workflows & train their users
Understand and align with customer’s needs to help them achieve their goals
Advice customers on best practices & KPIs for businesses of their
Host regular online sessions with customers to align with their needs, discuss adoption, and identify areas of
Understand client risks and recommend solutions
Champion customer needs to the product team for future updates
Eligibility Criteria:
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in both Portuguese and
Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to

Training Program:
All successful candidates will go through a 6 month training program starting from February/Marchwhichwillconverttothefulltime position on the team in
