Job Description


Banquet servers are responsible for serving food and beverages to guests at venues or catering events. We need servers with exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude. Our banquet staff serves guests at high profile VIP events weddings parties etc. Duties include:

Assist with the complete set up and breakdown of banquet areas relay food and beverage orders maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices anticipate guests needs and exceed customer service expectations. Must be able to maintain composure in a fastpaced environment and respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns. Last but not least you must present yourself in a professional appearance and mannerisms.

Requirements

Must have a professional attitude.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Must wear black pants black long sleeve button up shirt (we have these available to purchase!) and all black nonslip shoes.
