Freelance Architect Civil Engineer for Industrial Construction Project Management and Supervision

MPS ARCHONIC Group GmbH is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Freelance Architect or Civil Engineer to join our team for an exciting industrial construction project in Oradea Romania. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a prestigious project providing ample scope for creative input and professional development within a supportive and appreciative corporate culture.

This freelance position is set to commence in March 2024 and is anticipated to conclude around April 2025.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for our German client.
• Regular onsite presence to ensure smooth project execution in Oradea.
• Conduct sampling procedures and ensure stringent quality control.
• Coordinate weekly JourFixe meetings for project updates and planning.
• Manage invoice verification cost control and additional cost management.
• Oversee schedule management and time control for the project.
• Supervise construction activities and maintain comprehensive documentation for the client.
• Organize coordinate and participate in acceptance processes.

Requirements

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Experience in industrial construction is advantageous.
• Passion for construction supervision and object monitoring.
• Strong sense of responsibility assertiveness and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as required for the project.
• Proficiency in Romanian and good English or German language skills (minimum B2 level) in both spoken and written form.
• Competence in standard Office and AutoCAD applications.
• Valid drivers license.
