Key Responsibilities:
- Provide topnotch customer service via phone email and chat addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Assist customers with questions related to products orders shipping and returns.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of products services and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Strive to meet and exceed performance goals including response time resolution quality and customer satisfaction.
