Professional System Engineer Cloud 80-100 Remote-First

Were thrilled to announce that were expanding our Cloud Native team of 20 people in Switzerland and are on the lookout for a Professional System Engineer to join our company.

Our team collaborates with our customers in their organizational and technical transition to the Cloud Native world. We plan build and run critical cloudbased IT infrastructure based on our proven and standardized stack of tools for container plattforms security measures and CI/CD solutions.

Tasks

As a Professional System Engineer you will work on customer projects and be responsible for the fulfillment of our service level agreements (SLAs).

Your task and duties will include:

• maintaining configuring and upgrading Cloud Native services (e.g. OpenShift IPI Vault clusters) and applications
• verifying specified requirements and handling isolated problems and optimizations
• creating main components of documentation from scratch
• coordinating the general collaboration with the customer and participating in meetings
• implementing existing products and customizing them to meet specific customer requirements
• expanding your expertise in HashiCorp Vault through training and handson projects

Requirements

MustHave Hard Skills

• You have at least two years of work experience with IT infrastructure projects in a cloud environment
• You have good knowledge in current opensource technologies cloud and DevOps customer journeys and/or enterprise IT requirements (e.g. Kubernetes DevSecOps Secrets Management IaC SDLC GitOps)
• You have good knowledge about networking fundamentals
• You can troubleshoot microservice applications and design robust singlepod applications.
• You can fix existing automations and write and implement new ones.
