Customer Support - Middle Senior level

Your.Rentals is looking for young and talented members to join the Customer Success Team based in Hanoi.

Are you a good problemsolver a quick learner interested in technology and fluent in the European language Were looking for a caring motivated and selfstarting person to join our product team in Hanoi to support the needs of our users who are property managers and guests of vacation rentals all around the world.

As this role directly supports our users most of whom are based in Europe the hours of work will be nonstandard and some shift work may be required (12 PM 9 PM)

What will I be doing

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our users via various communication channels (email chat phone)
• Troubleshoot and resolve user inquiries issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Act as a problemsolver finding creative solutions to meet the needs of our users
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address user concerns and improve our product offerings
• Stay uptodate with the latest features and updates of our platform to effectively assist users
• Maintain accurate records of user interactions and provide feedback to improve our processes

Skills and experience

• Universitylevel education
• Good proficiencyin Spanish Germanor Italian(Understanding spoken and written English isa plus)
• Must have at least 1.5 years prior customer service experience
• Quick learner with a strong interest in technology
• Empathetic and caring attitude toward customers
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus
• Strong problemsolving skills multitasking and time management skills
• Selfmotivated and able to plan own work
• Willingness to work nonstandard hours and potentially do shift work (12 PM 9 PM) to support our European users
