Title: Application Support Analyst
Location: Schaumberg IL (100% onsite)
Role Type: 36 Months client contract to hire

Required Skills:
35 years experience in working with Java based micro services applications.
35 years experience in supporting Warehouse Management Systems & Supply Chain Application.
35 years experience in working with various Database Oracle SQL server My SQL.
5 years experience working with global teams.
Experience working with packaged vendor solutions. Maintain and build vendor relationships.
Ability to supervise a team guide them on technical aspects and help them prioritize rollouts.
2 years experience working patching team and familiar with Patching or servers.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels.
Experience with cloud service is plus (AWS/Azure) and working with applications in Windows and Linux/Unix Environments.
Able to create and maintain reports related to support activities for management.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Must be detail oriented and thorough with ability to think big picture and understand the key trends and goals that drive Costcos eCommerce business.
Deep understanding of business analysis and its value to project execution and business growth.
Proven ability to make sound decisions in an environment with frequent change.
Innovative creative and possesses a passion for excellence.
Excellent organizational and planning skills with experience building strategic and tactical plans.
Able to support offhours work as required including evenings weekends holidays.
Experience with High jump and/or Descartes packaged solutions is a plus.
