Responsible to direct and manage the Human Resource Activities of the Company and its employees including but not limited to the identification of job requirements employee recruiting staffing attendance evaluations orientations training wage requirements internal relations discipline insurance labor laws accidents safety payroll employee personnel forms and productivity. Maintains employee personnel files records and computer database. Coordinates Company special activities and functions. Responsible to establish and enforcing policies and procedures related to Human Resource functions. Must perform job proactively and promote Continuous Improvement. Must represent the Company professionally at all times.

EDUCATION ;
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or 5 years experience in Human Resources
EXPERIENCE :
Five (5) years in Human Resources management position

Exp with Employee Benefit Packages
Exp with OSHA/MIOSHA Standards
Exp with Palocity / Plex / Payroll implementation
