Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and competent (Junior)Operations Specialist (m f d) to join our team. In this operations position you will work closely with our suppliers buying team warehouse management and accounting

How you contribute to our success story:

As an Operations Specialist you will be an integral part of our Operations Department providing crucial support in various operational aspects. Your key responsibilities will include:

Purchase Order Processing:

  • Efficiently handle the processing of purchase orders ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies in orders.

Data Analysis:

  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data of offers provided by suppliers
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency

Product Management:

  • Planning & processing own company products

Process Optimzation:

  • Constantly review our processes and research and implement innovative solutions and tools for department and company

Inbound Planning:

  • Work closely with the logistics team to plan and coordinate inbound of purchase orders
  • Optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times

Payment Handling:

  • Collaborate with the Accounting Department to ensure seamless payment processes.
  • Verify and reconcile invoices resolving any issues to maintain accurate financial records.

You have the following set of expertise:

  • Completed education or studies as well as at least 2 years of professional experience in relevant areas
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and affinity to numbers
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with acute attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Fluency in English is enough German beneficial
  • Passion for working in a startup environment
