- Review cost invoices, tender plans and drawings, specifications, general and special requirements, all of which must be verified.
- Coordination in preparing the initial drawings design (if available)
- Preparing methods for implementing items for cost invoices (if any)
- Prepare a timetable and schedule the financial flow initially, taking tender requirements into consideration
- Coordination with suppliers in the price of materials and equipment in the market and subcontractors, through previously completed projects and current information, taking into account choosing the and the appropriate source.
- A detailed cost explanation for the elements of cost invoices regarding direct and indirect costs
- Preparing the final price offer, taking into account the technical and special conditions and clarifications
- Coordination in preparing and qualifying the company’s personal profiles to present to new clients
- Follow up with clients and developers during the tender evaluation stage
