Implementation Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Implementation Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of clientspecific solutions on our SaaS platform. Collaborating closely with the project team and reporting to the project lead you will be responsible for ensuring seamless implementation processes and adherence to change management protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- ClientSpecific Solutions: Develop and oversee the creation of clientspecific solutions on our SaaS platform ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.

- Collaborative Project Execution: Work closely with the project team to implement directions provided by the project lead fostering effective communication and coordination to achieve project goals.

- Change Management: Enforce change management processes obtaining necessary approvals for system changes/modifications before proceeding with any configuration adjustments. Maintain thorough documentation throughout the change management lifecycle.

- Project Meetings: Actively participate in project meetings contributing insights during client requirement assessments design walkthroughs functional test plan development and implementation sessions.

- Integrated System Testing: Assist in the integrated system testing of new features when applied to a client system ensuring robust performance and compatibility.

- Quality Assurance: Perform internal quality assurance checks before Client UAT and final implementation to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of configured solutions.

- Data Transformation and Migration: Oversee data transformation and migration processes ensuring the seamless transfer of data and compatibility with the new system configurations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in implementing solutions on SaaS platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with crossfunctional teams and clients.
- Familiarity with change management processes and documentation.
- Experience in data transformation and migration.
