A day in the life of a successful Marketing Coordinator includes but is not limited to:

• Creating flyers emails and social media posts tell its unique story
  

• Entering new and revised listings into company and thirdparty websites
  

• Creating closed and specialty announcements then shouting it from the rooftops!
  

• Ensuring property signage shines and is readily available
  

• Monitoring analyzing and reporting on campaign activities
  

• Generating demographic reports and VOID analysis
  

• Crafting maps and aerials to paint local commercial real estate landscapes
  

• Structuring tenant and buyer tour books to initiate their site selection adventure
  

• Building thought leaders with engaging social content and news breaking information
  

• Offering consultancy on listing tenant enhancement opportunities
  

• Accurately account for digital deal files
  

• Assisting with incoming calls and office equipment / supplies
  

• Evaluating progressive lead gen best practices
  

• Researching market share growth opportunities
  

• Building rapport with allied organizations
  

• Tracking and conveying all incoming leads

Requirements

The ideal Marketing Coordinator candidate possesses the following skills & experience:

• 3 years of marketing experience
  

• 13 years of Commercial Real Estate experience
  

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
  

• Prompt attendance with reliable transportation
  

• Strong communicative interpersonal skills
  

• Organized multitasking abilities
