- Supervise and coordinate the activities of CNC machine operators.
- Train new operators on machine operations safety protocols and quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate machine performance to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the production manager to develop production schedules and allocate resources.
- Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize machine downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure machines are wellmaintained and in proper working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Track production metrics and generate reports for management review.
- Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex production problems.
- Foster a positive and cohesive team environment motivating and inspiring team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Supervisor or similar role.
- Indepth knowledge of CNC machine operations and programming.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
- Proficient in computeraided design (CAD) and computeraided manufacturing (CAM) software.
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to enforce them.
- Ability to train and mentor team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.

- Bachelor s degree in an engineering-related discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or equivalent). - A minimum of 4 years of experience in a control engineering role. - Proficient in PLC programming, especially with [Specific PLC brands, e.g., "Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc."]. - Experience with CAD software for designing control system layouts. - Strong understanding of control system architecture, including sensors, actuators, and communication networks. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Must be able to travel occasionally for on-site implementations and support.
