Job Description
We believe in making a difference in the community by collaborating with charitable organizations to spread the word about their programs. As we continue to expand we are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will be the first point of contact for the Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams
.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for all external and internal fundraising inquiries.
- Provide a high level of customer service ensuring consistent thanking and acknowledgment of new/departing donors.
- Work closely with management and the communications team to prepare and send accurate and engaging donor communications.
- Support a variety of fundraising and promotional events including planning logistics and ontheday support.
- Keep up with fundraising efforts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- Proficient in database management.
- Passion for charitable causes and community impact.
Skills GED or high school diploma Detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills Excellent communication skills Professional attitude An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people
