JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Position Title : Project Manager (Electronics/Consumer Durables)

Location : Pelhar Plant

Reports to (Position) :

I. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Acting as a technical interface between company and customer.

Responsible for reviewing and understanding customer requirements and identify internally technical gaps.

Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables.

Finding and implementing technical solutions and understanding manufacturing constraints.

Ensuring that procedures and development quality standards are known and followed up during project development cycle.

Interact with Hardware/Software Team to make sure that the final product can be commercialized according to customer timing and cost.

Building a constructive relationship with the different stakeholders while managing changes and conflicting priorities.

Overseeing the reporting to the Management and to our customers on the progress performance risks and opportunities of all projects.

II. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

Familiar with development guidelines and milestones as per electronics/consumer durable product standards.

Experience with project tracking (cost and timing)

A deep knowledge of general automotive quality system requirements and development processes

Proficiency in MS Office Microsoft Project Plan or equivalent

Basic knowledge of FMEA methodology.

Good communication and presentation skills as well as good critical thinking and problemsolving skills.

Willing to learn new skills.

The ability to work both autonomously and in Team upon project demand.

Fluency in English is mandatory.

Experience in Developing Printed Electronics considered as an asset.

III. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

BE or B.TECH. in Electronics Electromechanics.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.

PMP certification considered as an asset
