JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Position Title : Project Manager (Automotive)

Location : Pelhar Plant

Reports to (Position) :

I. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Acting as a technical interface between company and customer.

Responsible for reviewing and understanding customer requirements and identify internally technical gaps.

Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables.

Finding and implementing technical solutions and understanding manufacturing constraints.

Ensuring that procedures and development quality standards are known and followed up during project development cycle.

Interact with different internal department (Material Electronic Test Lab and Production Departments) to make sure that the final product can be commercialized according to customer timing and cost.

Being the technical lead for running project but also for new product development.

II. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

Familiar with development guidelines and milestones as per automotive standards.

The ability to identify technical risks.

Experience with project tracking (cost and timing)

A deep knowledge of general automotive quality system requirements and development processes

Proficiency in MS Office Microsoft Project Plan or equivalent

Basic knowledge of FMEA methodology.

Good communication and presentation skills as well as good critical thinking and problemsolving skills.

Willing to learn new skills.

The ability to work both autonomously and in Team upon project demand.

Fluency in English is mandatory.

Experience in Developing Printed Electronics considered as an asset.

III. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

BE or B.TECH. in mechanical material.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.

PMP certification considered as an asset.
