Salary Range: $70000.00 $140000.00

Commission Structure: Bonus Plan (OTE 220k)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 5 years of experience managing in healthcare staffing
• PreCovid Management Experience
• Experience managing 10 recruiters

About the Role

As the Senior Recruitment manager your primary responsibility is to manage and grow a current team of experienced recruiters and a team lead. Your success is directly tied to the success of the team. Helping individuals grow professionally and implementing processes to drive business and build a strong culture within the team.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Travel RN/Allied recruiters through individual and group training
• Manage clients relationships and communicate effectively and timely regarding the progress of active searches
• Work with team to set and strive towards attaining monthly/quarterly/annual goals
• Partner with Managing Director on recruitment strategy
• Foster positive collaborative and entrepreneurial work culture

Candidate Requirements

• Strong understanding of recruitment practices and prevalent resources
• Proficiency of recruitment platforms
• Ability to train / manage / help individuals grow professionally
• Expertise in the billing and pay cycle/structure for contract healthcare staff
• 5 years of experience in Team Lead or Manager of Travel RN recruiting role
