Tasks

• As a Product Manager at United Manufacturing Hub you will deliver business impact by marshaling UMHs resources to identify and solve the most impactful customer problems. Develop comprehensive plans for upcoming UMH features incorporating relevant information from various sources.
• Maintain oversight of the feature plan balancing ideas wishes requirements customer feedback and technical considerations from multiple departments.
• Craft user journeys for product features based on how our user would interact with it addressing potential issues such as technical constraints time frame limitations and managing postponed ideas.
• Possess a general understanding of technical aspects related to the products.
• Define and track requirements for each step of product development ensuring program functionality meets specified criteria.
• Monitor the implementation of requirements and steps replacing or deprecating outdated elements.
• Collect all necessary information for feature implementation.
• Create designs for software programs ranging from initial sketches to complete mockups.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field (we welcome all disciplines who bring the passion and skills for this role).
• Ideally 12 years of experience in product management.
• Familiarity with Figma and Github.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
• Eager to learn and adaptive with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Structured handson work approach strong ownership and independence.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German.
• Customerfocused mindset and ability to empathize with user needs.
• Knowledge in the area of industrial IoT would be an advantage.
