Bachelor’s Degree in business, Accounting, or any relevant field
Strong knowledge of payroll principles, regulations, tax laws, and labor laws in Egypt
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
Experience in ERP Payroll systems (SAP is preferred)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform end-to-end payroll processing activities for 500 total headcounts, include producing accurate and timely employee remuneration payments together with effective management and administration of employee benefits through SAP ERP system for GCC.
Maintain compliance with local payroll standards, tax laws, and labor regulations by staying up to date on new legislation and reviewing current ones.
Reconcile payroll data and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly. Conduct regular audits of payroll records and processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Provide guidance and training to junior payroll team members.
Manage payroll databases on SAP system effectively and update employee information effectively when any data change including onboarding new hires, offboarding or any other changes.
Manage & Revise all off-cycles calculations such as (Business Trips Expenses – Doctor referral Incentives) performed by several departments and ensure recording on SAP.
Prepare salary constraints and financial analytics for monthly reconciliations.
Collaborate closely with internal and external audit teams to provide payroll support.
Support in the planning process; budgeting and forecasting, for the designated areas by analyzing historical data and past performance to develop accurate annual budget.
Collaborate on projects, system implementations, and process changes to ensure effective integration of payroll processes with other business functions.
