What the role entails:

• Reporting to the Global Production Manager with a focus on production tools like JIRA Shotgrid and Akeneo.
• Work and collaborate with all Game Production teams and manage special projects that are not directly Game production
• Create queries / reports shown in JIRA Shotgrid and Sharepoint.
• Creating weekly status reports based on updates from all teams for an executive audience.
• Creation of flowcharts from to visually show improvement opportunities in production based on Production KPIs trends and metrics.
• Provide daytoday JIRA and ShotGrid support troubleshoot and solving requests
• Provide workflow enhancements for production teams within game development based on requirements/priorities gathered in collaboration with the Game Teams
• Set and share best practices production pipelines and workflows within the Game teams
• Provide insight and recommendations about best practices and optimized workflows
• Provide onboarding regarding JIRA and ShotGrid processes
• Provide JIRA and ShotGrid tutorials and workshops when needed
• Help identify processes and workflows that can help improve quality and consistency of our JIRA and ShotGrid pipeline.
• Keep informed of new JIRA and ShotGrid features and evaluate their applicability to the tools and workflows used by Game production teams and management.
• Support Multiple Departments in customizing JIRA and ShotGrid based on their needs
• Update and distribute access levels for all JIRA and Shotgrid users and manage user permissions according to the needs of projects and teams.
• Support page creation and page management for JIRA and Shotgrid Users. Providing global interface changes user interface configuration.
• Customizing dashboards workflows filters and reports that fits game teams workflow. Gathering information to report to stakeholders.
• Support the Game Project configurations Asset list template setup Task template and Epic list editing.
• Provide Documentation on processes and workflow related to JIRA and ShotGrid create enduser documentations.
• Work directly with Art and Animation Leaders Production and Technical Operations team to customize features automations and workflows.
• Work closely with Tech Support in implementing Shotgrid and JIRA improvements to PlaynGO systems
• Being able to communicate effectively and professionally with third parties if needed
• Provide daily work logs updates and feedback in JIRA and ShotGrid.

• Are highly organized experienced in running multiple projects and delivering to tight deadlines.
• Have a yescando attitude you are a person that is a doer and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Have an abundance of engaging leadership.
• Are fluent in English.
• Experience in using Jira and/or other project management tools.
• Detail oriented organized and focused on quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with different organizational levels as well as ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
• Solid comprehension of JIRA and Shotgrid most especially with administration and building automated workflows.
• Knowledge to act as a mentor in helping the team understand Agile principles and practices

Preferences:

• Strong preference will be given to those with experience in social & mobile gaming.
• Experience in a multicultural work environment.
• Project Manager Professional certification
• Experience with distributed development across multiple locations
• Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience
• Experience working as a software engineer
• Knowledgeable with JIRA automation eazyBI and Shotgrid
