Role:
The Account Director serves as the key point of contact for strategic marketing communications initiative for a group of clients. The role includes responsibility to direct and lead the client businesses developing and executing plans with strategy creative and operational partners using all appropriate channels.
The position will have revenue generating and financial tracking responsibility of the assigned client base.
This role would also entail managing an account team and collaborates with other group resources on behalf of clients and developing best practice knowledge over time.
Responsibilities:
- Must have 10 years of solid experience in Client Servicing brand communication marketing Account Strategy and Growth and leading large teams.
- Understanding of digital medium is mandatory.
- Should take ownership for deliverables for a certain number of key client accounts.
- Ability to stream briefs into the right workflow based on experience and a strong understanding of integrated marketing communications principles.
- Maintains relationship Develops with key individuals at all levels of client organization
- ideas for clients to ensure significant value add promotes all capabilities on a regular basis
- Proven leadership skills being able to organize and motivate both your immediate team and wider including implementation specialists
- Is familiar of industry data tools and encourages the use of data within their team and its application in all work to generate insight and improve performance.
- Build and maintain client and agency relationships at a Senior level.
- Effectively use data to build strong succinct and data driven planning recommendations geared towards delivering growth for the clients businesses.
- Champions the use of Mediacom planning tools inspiring creativity and innovative solutions to deliver growth for clients.
- Create well thought through decks which requires minimal input from colleagues to make it client ready.
- Collaborate with and effectively brief activation teams to create holistic media recommendations.
