Human Resources Supervisor

Educational Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field, with at least 3-5 years of practical experience in the field of Human Resources.

Deep understanding of employment policies and laws: Good knowledge and understanding of practical HR legislation and policies, including recruitment, legal guidance and employment policies.

Leadership and Mentoring Skills: Ability to effectively manage the HR team, direct and motivate employees to achieve company goals.

Communication and public relations skills: the ability to communicate effectively with employees, resolve conflicts, and provide the necessary support.
