Our clients software empowers global organizations to efficiently manage their workforce across multiple countries while seamlessly executing payroll processes.
We are seeking a skilled HubSpot CRM Specialist to build the CRM strategy from scratch and enhance our client engagement strategies through effective HubSpot utilization.
Tasks
The Role:
As the HubSpot CRM Specialist you will be entrusted with the responsibility of developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy tailored to our global EOR and Payroll business. This involves spearheading the HubSpot CRM implementation customizing functionalities to align with organizational processes and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Your role extends to overseeing data management within HubSpot guaranteeing data accuracy and compliance. Leveraging HubSpot analytics you will derive actionable insights track performance indicators and contribute to strategic decisionmaking.
Automation will be a focal point where you will design and implement workflows to optimize internal processes. Collaborating with stakeholders youll identify opportunities for process automation ensuring HubSpot is a key enabler of operational efficiency. Additionally you will collaborate with IT and Payroll teams to guarantee a seamless integration between HubSpot CRM and payroll systems facilitating effective communication channels and data flow.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a HubSpot CRM Specialist or similar role with a track record of building CRM strategies from scratch.
- Indepth knowledge of HubSpot CRM functionalities and configurations.
- HubSpot certification is mandatory.
- Strong data management and analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Previous experience in designing and implementing automation workflows especially those enhancing sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills pivotal in providing training and support to team members particularly in sales functions.
