We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Management Solutions team at SuperCFO. In this pivotal role you will be instrumental in identifying and securing top talent in the fields of finance accounting FP&A CFO Controller and similar domains catering to both our clients needs and our inhouse requirements.
Conduct thorough and efficient searches to identify highly qualified candidates in the finance and accounting sectors.
Work closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand and fulfil inhouse hiring requirements.
Utilize various recruitment tools and methods including social media job boards LinkedIn etc. to attract potential candidates.
Writing and posting job advertisements to appropriate job boards social media and digital platforms.
Screening sourcing shortlisting candidates scheduling interviews and assessing candidates to ensure a match with client and inhouse requirements.
Maintain an internal database and update regularly.
Maintain active and open communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Be a bridge between the candidate SuperCFO management team and the clients.
Build and maintain a strong network of professionals in the finance and accounting sector.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments to enhance recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of handson experience in recruitment preferably in the finance and accounting sectors.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Proven track record of successful placements in roles such as FP&A CFO Controller etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
Strong understanding of recruitment practices and industry standards.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
