Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Management Solutions team at SuperCFO. In this pivotal role you will be instrumental in identifying and securing top talent in the fields of finance accounting FP&A CFO Controller and similar domains catering to both our clients needs and our inhouse requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of handson experience in recruitment preferably in the finance and accounting sectors.

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.

  • Proven track record of successful placements in roles such as FP&A CFO Controller etc.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and industry standards.

  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent acquisition.

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
