Rowe Solution is seeking an Administrative Analyst who will play a vital role in supporting our CEO. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic candidate who will contribute to the growth of this rapidly advancing company.


Requirements

Responsibilities:


  • Efficiently manage calendars ensuring effective scheduling and coordination

  • Provide valuable support in business proposal writing contributing to the development of compelling and persuasive proposals

  • Comfortably handle light accounting tasks maintaining accurate records and assisting with financial reporting

  • Strong skills in business writing preferred enabling the creation of clear and professional communications

  • Bilingual Spanish a plus

  • Proficiently manage schedules ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks


Education:


  • An AA or BA degree is preferred demonstrating a solid foundation in relevant principles and practices. However a minimum of 23 years of industry experience will also be considered.


Experience:

  • 1 3 years experience in administrative or analyst roles

  • Proven track record of providing highlevel support to executives.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency.


Skills:


  • Selfstarter with a proactive approach demonstrating the ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Strong drive and motivation to excel in all assigned tasks

  • Excellent writing ability capable of crafting engaging and polished content

  • Government relations experience is a plus showcasing an understanding of working with government agencies

  • Marketing skills enabling the promotion of our services and fostering client engagement

  • Proficiency in site maintenance ensuring our online presence remains uptodate and appealing


Location:

Hybrid (San Diego) Local Candidates Only Valid drivers license
