What does a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager do at Collinson?

Responsible for all FP&A tasks covering monthly board reporting, project managing the annual budget and quarterly re-forecast cycles, the role also leads the development of a comprehensive management reporting suite, collaborating with a wide range stakeholders to obtain and interpret key financial insights by providing accurate and insightful information that helps drive

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Monthly business and executive reporting
  • Budgeting, rolling forecasting and business planning
  • Manage monthly consolidated management reporting process including intercompany reconciliations and month end journals
  • Prepare value-add analysis and commentary on monthly results for inclusion in the Board Report
  • Support annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecasting process
  • Analyse variances to improve forecast accuracy

About you
Experienced in providing a robust FP&A service in a complex environment, you ll have a strong accountancy background (ACA/ACCA qualified), with expert knowledge of implementing and developing management reporting, and budgeting tools to guide decision Knowledge/experience of multi-national groups with multi-currencies will be

    • Stakeholder management and relationship building across C-suite level
    • Experience working on Microsoft Dynamics and/or Infor would be preferred
