In this role youll assess US/Canada live streams ensuring alignment with TikTok guidelines and pinpoint creators based on criteria like followers engagement and content quality. Your daily goal: source 100200 potential creators find contact information and send personalized invitations via email.

The ideal candidate should feel passion for TikTok Live and short video content solid research and communication skills and previous talent scouting or recruitment experience is a plus.
