Job Title: Sales Assistant LATAM
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zones)
Salary Range:
up to 1800 USD

Work Schedule: Monday Friday / 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support our sales team in managing client orders vendor relations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills experience with CRM software and familiarity with Microsoft Suite. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth sales operations and providing exceptional support to our sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Receive and process orders from outside sales representatives and clients ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors to find pricing negotiate terms and manage product availability.
  • Quote and PO Generation: Create and manage quotes and purchase orders (POs) based on client needs and sales rep requests.
  • Calendar Management: Assist in managing the sales reps calendar scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team including data entry record keeping and CRM management.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in email management CRM software and Microsoft Suite (Word Excel Outlook) is necessary.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with construction supplies and the construction industry.
  • Experience working with a remote team.
