Where in the world? You can work remotely from anywhere in Europe, with a preference for the Netherlands or the UK Working hours? Fluency in English The Product Marketing team is responsible for developing MessageBird’s go-to-market strategy. We shape MessageBird’s market view and assess how we will win. We then turn the strategy into repeatable sales and marketing programs to attract and expand customers. As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you work on executing our marketing platform’s go-to market. Core to the work will be developing narratives explaining how businesses can grow more efficiently through personalized interactions on Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. You’ll translate these narratives to sales enablement, content, campaigns, and executive talk tracks for (online) events. This work will be the lifeblood of our global Sales and Marketing programs. You will work closely with our product leaders as well as our sales leaders to bring the use cases and insights of our customers to life while working on a new, fast-growing part of the business where you’ll have a big impact every day What You’ll Do • Shape our view of the market and assess how we win by evaluating customer insights, market requirements, and competitor intelligence. • Develop messaging and positioning for B2C marketers • Creating repeatability across countries and verticals by developing playbooks to land and expand accounts through sales and marketing. • Develop compelling audience-specific stories and content (videos, blogs, customer success stories, whitepapers, presentations, demos, how-to guides, etc.), to be used on the web, at live events, and in other channels. • Work closely with customer-facing teams (sales, solution engineering, CX, partnerships, demand generation) to execute playbooks and drive adoption and expansion. What You’ll Bring • 7+ years of relevant work experience in product marketing. Ideally in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. • 5+ years demonstrated track record in crafting positioning and marketing content. Experience in marketing automation, MarTech, or marketing platforms is a significant plus. • You have demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative technology products. • Comfortable with wide-scope initiatives, adept at navigating between strategy and execution. • Preferred background (these are all a plus): MBA/STEM or experience working in B2B tech for engineering, marketing and e-commerce teams.
