Customer Success Manager

Frankfurt based 3 days office / 2 days home office

This is a client focused role. Your clients are mainly in the financial services corporate or legal arena

This is a great role for a candidate who has recently graduated from university or has completed a business focused Ausbildung and has some client services experience. An interest in Technology and how it will shape the future of financial transactions is essential as is the ability to effectively communicate with clients in German.

Tasks

The Role: After a period of training on the technology and how to support clients using it your role will involve onboarding of clients and manging relationships. You will be the key goto person for new clients when they have any issues using the system.

You will be supporting German clients so fluency in German is essential. English is also required.

You will follow up with clients and ensure they are happy and feel supported.

On a day to day basis you will be involved in the onboarding and training of both new and existing clients. You will also attend client presales meetings.

This role has a strong focus on relationship building so you will enjoy networking with clients from time to time.

Requirements

You: You have recently completed your studies and have had some clientfocused experience. This role is all about attitude so enthusiasm and interest for Technology is essential. Everything else you can learn. Fluency in German and English is essential.
