Will help set up processes across the firm and with Deal Teams to help the firm This will include working with HR around improving Deal related processes as ;
- Help ensure all employees remain compliant with our data/security policies
- Reviewing and signing vendor contracts
- Work on creating new employee starter packs with HR
- Scheduling townhall meetings, creating material and communicating new processes to the wider
- Collaborate with Marketing and CRM/Buyer Research and rolling CRM out to the
- Support CEO and MD with their personal finances and other professional and personal matters and manage their
- Dealing with Bankers for various facilities to be
- Global vendor payment management (with requisite approval from relevant functional heads)
