5-10 years organizational change management experience.
Experience with various Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR, 7S, Kotter), and application with a recommended and proven set successful tools and templates.
Experience in establishing adoption scorecards and metrics of success.
Understand the concepts around building change capability.
Big picture expertise and ability to think strategically and convey leadership messages effectively while influencing and building global relationships at all levels.
Adept at learning business and creating internal partnerships and recommending strategies that fit the culture and business needs.
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
