Exciting Remote Travel Booking Opportunity
Are you a motivated individual looking for an exciting workfromhome opportunity Were offering a chance to join our team as a Travel Booking Specialist. No prior experience is required well provide comprehensive training!
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service offering conciergelevel support to travelers from start to finish.
- Respond promptly to telephone email inquiries and online travel submissions.
- Research and book a wide range of travel options including airfare hotels tours and ground transportation both domestically and internationally
- Collaborate with top suppliers like Expedia Universal Studios Princess Cruises Avis Delta and more.
- Familiarize yourself with various webbased booking engines and travel resources.
- Calculate pricing and cost adjustments for changes or additional trip fees.
- Issue etickets and process credit card payments over the phone.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience is necessary well provide comprehensive training.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
