With assistance from HR recruit competent high performance staff and complete all preemployment checks and onboarding documentation

Drive performance management throughout the year by assisting with hearings and counselling
Provide training and development to relevant staff Monitor the conducting of annual performance appraisals and coordinate the return of performance appraisals and other HR documentations to HO HR
Responsible for compliance of Health and Safety in Auction Nation
Drive the achievement of BBBEE goals
Authorisation of Health and Safety submissions for quarterly meetings
