The Role

The Opportunity

Across The Agency we have specialist teams in all channels and are looking for a Senior Programmatic Account Manager to join one of the fastest growing teams within the agency.


Joining a team of 12 this is a great opportunity for a motivated creative and analytical mind to take a step into a senior specialist role.

We are looking for an ambitious & enthusiastic programmatic specialist with a track record of account manager level responsibilities. The ideal person will fit with the culture of The Agency be a team player friendly positive & selfdisciplined.

The successful candidate will join our growing team in a client facing role that is responsible for the planning activation optimisation and reporting of activity across various DSP platforms including DV360 Trade Desk Verizon and Amazon.

You will have the complete ownership of client relationships from a programmatic perspective opportunity to participate in pitches and supporting the senior management with various projects. This is a unique opportunity to work with exciting brands across a variety of channels including digital OOH Connected TV Audio Video and Display





This will include;
  • We are looking for you to be a leader in the team and across the agency in terms of how best to apply programmatic buying strategies. Set the standard across tactical execution planning reconciliation and all endtoend processes managed by the team.
  • Be responsible for managing some of the biggest clients in the agency on all things Programmatic attending initial client briefings and providing feedback early on the planning process
  • You will be line manager and mentor to a junior trader in the team responsible for their career progression and training. You will be there to support them reach both personal and the overall business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with new trends and innovating within the programmatic sector ensuring you are pushing for innovation by contributing to wider digital testing roadmaps.
  • Confidently present analysis updates and strategic recommendations in facetoface meetings with clients and internally.
  • Support Head of Programmatic in new business pitches and wider projects.
  • Be accountable for bestinclass work delivered on your accounts.
  • Collaborate with the digital planners to ensure the campaign is align with all other channels.
  • Demonstrate diligence attention to detail and adherence the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation pacing and performance.


Requirements

  • Roughly 4 years of experience in a Programmatic planning and buying role (agency or trading desk) with a proven ability to deliver successful largescale Programmatic Campaigns
  • Handson experience working in various DSPs (ideally DV360 & The Trade Desk) activating across a range of channels including video YouTube & display.
  • Up to date knowledge of the ad tech landscape
  • Strong experience of critical thinking and problemsolving
  • Strong interest and knowledge in the Programmatic landscape
  • Strong knowledge and handson experience of technology platforms and integration
  • Great communicator both verbally and written confident in front of clients with the ability of understanding their wider business & challenges
  • Ability to anticipate issues and be proactive in producing solutions with measurable outcomes
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of all media channels

Requirements 1 year of professional design experience ideally Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint Experience using Premiere Pro and After Effects a benefit The ability to meet deadlines in a highly pressurised environment The ability to see projects through from inception to completion Consistency regardless of project size Great attention to detail Good organisational skills that support the rest of the team Strong computer skills The motivation to maintain and improve design standards Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense Great communication and confidence to explain ideas within the team The ability to balance work on several projects at a time
