Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience
• Unbeatable work ethic and self-driven motor
• Experience preferred (cradle-to-grave) but not mandatory
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing setting
• Sharp negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to handle and overcome conflict and adversity
• Ability to prioritize and solve problems
• Excellent speed and skills on a computer and on the phone

Typical Duties

• Identify prospects and make sales calls
• Close sales opportunities
• Negotiate rates with shippers and carriers
• Find carriers and handle end-to-end service of customer shipments
• Dispatching drivers for on-time pickup of loads
• Building loads in Turvo TMS
• Schedule and track customer shipments to ensure superior customer service
• Develop expert knowledge of Turvo and Turvo Driver App
• Resolve any carrier issues or concerns
• Establish close relationships with carriers and continue to develop those relationships
• Meeting weekly, monthly and annual revenue goals
