As an Order Processing Specialist you will:

• Be the guardian of accuracy: Follow our clients order processing SOPs with 100% accuracy minimizing shipping errors and ensuring timely deliveries.
  

• Address detective: Check and correct addresses with a keen eye ensuring carriers deliver to the right doorstep.
  

• Carrier connoisseur: Select the right carrier based on the destination ensuring your shipments fly drive or sail to their final destination efficiently.
  

• Problem solver: When address issues arise bump them up to the team for swift resolution.
  

• Customer champion: Process orders quickly and accurately contributing to a seamless and delightful customer experience.
  

Requirements

Youre the perfect fit if you have:

• 2 years of experience mastering ShipStation software. You know its ins and outs like the back of your hand.
  

• A knack for navigating Google Maps. You can decipher even the trickiest addresses with ease.
  

• A logical mind and a passion for data entry. Accuracy and efficiency are your middle names.
  

• Ecommerce experience is a plus. You understand the online shopping world and its rhythm.
  

• Supply chain experience is a plus. You have a keen understanding of how products get from point A to point B.
