Sr UX Designer

A UX (User Experience) Designer is responsible for enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability accessibility and pleasure provided in the interaction between a user and a product. They focus on understanding user needs creating intuitive designs and ensuring a seamless user experience across digital products or services.
Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research through interviews surveys usability testing and other methods to gather insights into user behavior needs and preferences.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes prototypes and user flows to visualize design concepts and interactions iterating based on feedback and usability testing.
- Information Architecture: Develop information architecture and sitemaps to outline the structure and organization of digital products for optimal user navigation and understanding.
- UI Design Collaboration: Collaborate with UI designers developers and other team members to translate user requirements into visually appealing and functional interfaces.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design concepts identify issues and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
- Accessibility: Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) to provide an inclusive experience for users with disabilities.
- Design Guidelines: Develop and maintain design guidelines style guides and design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present design concepts rationale and findings to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in UX design.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD Sketch Figma or similar software.
- Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.
- Knowledge of information architecture interaction design and visual design principles.
- Familiarity with frontend development technologies and their impact on design (HTML CSS JavaScript).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Problemsolving skills and ability to think creatively to address user needs and pain points.
- Bachelor s degree in Design HCI (HumanComputer Interaction) UX/UI Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
