In this position you will provide proactive support and consultation to senior management in the assigned region on topics where people related expertise is needed and impact business results.
Responsibilities:
Participate and contribute to the development of the region s strategy
Facilitate organizational design development and ensure proper change management
Align common people strategy with the regional business objectives.
Lead and coordinate people activities
Facilitate longterm resource and competence planning reflecting region s market and customer base.
Assess people related needs (e.g. learning and development) of the businesses define strategic competencies for the business and proactively communicate needs with Group HR to develop together integrated solutions
Manage the people process alignment in region ensure process documentation is valid and focus on the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures
Participate in regional key positions resourcing
Coordinate with group HR on succession planning and longterm workforce planning
Identify and process people related business continuity issues and risks
Identify training needs for the regional organization and individual coaching needs
Responsibility for leading performance management and support alignment of business targets into team and individual targets
Plan and develop regions rewarding practices in accordance with the Group reward policy
Provide solutions and instructions for people related special cases
Oversee and support the annual salary review process implementation and people budget that is reflecting business plans
Oversee special rewarding according to company s policies
Prepare people reports and analytics for regional management decision making
Qualifications & experience:
A proven track record of professional accomplishments in different areas of HR
Applicable university degree in Social Sciences or Business (or equivalent experience)
Experience of management in matrix organizations/relationships
Skills abilities and knowledge:
Able to understand the business and apply consistency and value adding HR initiatives
Strong people and cooperation skills and the ability to lead and motivate others able to build trust and work smoothly with all employee groups
Ability to develop action plans meet deadlines systematic and organized
Good in leading change and motivating people to change and develop
Strategic thinker able to see the big picture and business perspective and do longterm planning
Strong communication interpersonal and presentation skills to manage all stakeholders
Capable of effectively and accurately working on several projects at one time organizing and prioritizing tasks and working in a changing and fast paced environment
Ability to interpret and analyze numerical data and information
Excellent work ethic and grounding of discretion and confidentiality
