Attached to the Director of Human Resources Power Sports Europe you will serve as a strategic business partner for our german organization. You will provide leaders with HR support in the areas of organizational structure change management employee relations performance management talent acquisition via strong knowledges in the recruitment for Germany.
Responsibilities :
Payroll EU & HRIS :
- Managing and processing German payroll ;
- Managing Reporting / Single contact point in the DE for EU counterparts ;
- Partner with internal local contacts ;
- Coordination of entire DE payroll ;
- First point of contact for Managers Employees Tax Advisors Tax Offices Social Benefits ;
- Coordinates compensation processes like the salary planning and bonus planning ;
- Managing employee insurances pension schemes ;
- Managing employment agreements incl. relevant amendments reports ;
- Manages HRIS systems incl. relevant trainings.
HR Management :
Consults with managers supervisors and team leads providing HR guidance when appropriate. This includes problem resolution support in dealing with performance management employee relations issues and organizational changes.
- Provides consistent application and interpretation of policies and procedures throughout the company ;
- Maintains indepth knowledge of legal requirements related to daily management of employees. Partners with legal counsel when necessary ;
- Partner with business unit leaders to assess strategic needs and establish department priorities ;
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships build morale and increase productivity and retention ;
- Communicate and promote HR initiatives to assigned business units to ensure that initiatives are being utilized consistently and effectively throughout the organization.
Recruitment :
- Responsible for overseeing all recruitmentrelated activities including :
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and creating and posting job openings on various platforms
- Sourcing and identifying potential candidates
- Conducting candidate interviews and assessments
- Building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies
- Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
HR General :
- Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential ;
- Promotes and work as a company culture agent ;
- Perform other duties as it relates to human resources as assigned ;
- Acts as team member of the HR Management Team EU ;
- Supports GDPR projects ;
- Monitor welfare of staff in collaboration with internal and external or internal Health & Safety Experts.
Your profile :
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience : in a comparable function ;
- Sound knowledge: compensation benefits schemes employment contract pension and HRIS;
- Sound knowledge: Labor and tax law ;
- Excellent communication skills ;
- Fluent in English and German other European languages are welcome.
Working Conditions :
- In general 40 h/ week office area should be able to cope with extended working hours if required ;
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe ;
- Home office 2 days/week.
