The User Services Technician will troubleshoot problems fix laptops and desktops and provide both deskside and remote support. Responsibilities include setting up new employees covering multiple sites and participating in oncall rotations outside business hours. The role involves supporting over 150 users requiring proficiency in Windows 10/11 Apple OS (desirable) Microsoft Office/Office 365 mobile device support (preferably iOS) networking principles and Active Directory. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be willing to travel within and outside the country.
