Your Tasks:

The Head of Optimization will spearhead efforts to refine and elevate every facet of our online campaign performance. Leveraging analytics cuttingedge tools and a deep understanding of eCommerce trends this position is meant to lead our optimization teams across all of our entities. You will be responsible for improving our current campaign reporting with existing and new KPIs as well as developing new ones using tools and feedback from our commercial teams. You will also be responsible for coordinating between different departments to ensure common understanding in priorities and strategies.

• Lead a team of people responsible for all entities You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of yield optimizers across all our entities to ensure that all runs smoothly across the group.
• Performance Analysis You will be responsible for running and delivering performance analysis to important stakeholders. That will include spotting issues acting on them and developing future strategies in improving tools to monitor and avoid them.
• Conversion Rate Optimization You will also be responsible in improving and developing our internal approach to optimize the CR which would lead to increase in our earning for each click we process.
• Developing and improving internal yield tools with new strategies You will be responsible for overlooking our current reporting and KPIs used to monitor performance of our campaigns. You will also be responsible for researching and implementing new tools and reports that would optimize our workflow and deliver a more agile approach to spotting new opportunities.
• Crossfunctional collaboration with other departments You will also be responsible for cross functional collaboration between your team and other departments. That means speaking to other leads to understand their pain points and act on them. At the same time you will be responsible for input in developing new product features that would improve our yield and deliver industryleading performance for our publishers and advertisers.

Your Profile:

• 5 years experience in the performance industry
• Deep understanding of performance industry metrics
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Tableau Quicksight SQL etc.)
• Strong analytical and datadriven decision making skills
• Troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills
• Leadership experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lead crossfunctional teams
