About the Role:
You will contribute to our continually evolving HR platform by working as a Business Analyst with the development team. You will collaborate with team members and contribute to the product and development team.
What would you do at ALTRES Technologies
1. As a Business Analyst you should be able to translate business requirements into the specifications.
2. Needs to work with the product manager and business counterparts to gather requirements.
3. Experienced in writings specification documents and capturing all acceptance criteria. Should possess good problemsolving skills.
4. Should be able to create mockups for the requirements. Proficiency in using tools to create Mockups such as Balsamiq and Figma shall be a plus.
5. Ability to present the specification and design to the Product team for design review.
6. Act as a bridge between the product team and the development team.
7. Communicating effectively across teams and stakeholders in the US and India.
8. Work closely with the development team during the application development cycle to clarify any doubts. Ensure all the requirements are developed as per the specification.
9. Keep track of requirements changes and scope creep get clarity on the same and update the specifications.
10. Review the test cases developed by the testing team.
11. Perform user acceptance testing.
Requirements
1. A bachelor s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
2. A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
3. Should be a quick learner and understand our applications.
4. Strong communication and analytical skills are required.
5. Wellversed with using MSoffice tools.
6. Should have experience in designing and analyzing enterprise web applications.

1. Strong technical background with good understanding of product development life cycle. 2. Expertise in full stack application design and development across all relevant form factors smartphone, tablet, laptop, desktop, etc. 3. 7+ years of experience building web applications using J2EE (JSP, Servlets) and Core Java. 4. Detailed understanding of front-end Web application technologies like HTML5, Javascript, CSS. 5. Proficient in MySQL or another RDBMS variant with 2+ years of experience building and interfacing with the database.
